Marilee Headen, Vice President and Roads Commissioner
Marilee Headen has served on the DCSD board since 1998. She was on the DPOA board, received the “Diablo Citizen of the Year” award, is a member of Diablo Country Club and works in real estate sales with Empire Realty Associates in Danville. Marilee has lived in Diablo for 28 years and has two children and a grand daughter.
Kathy Torru, Finance Commissioner
Kathy Torru was appointed to the DCSD Board in April 2010 and subsequently elected to the DCSD Board in November 2010 for a four-year term. Kathy has been a Diablo resident since 1993. Over the last 17 years she has served on the DPOA Board, the DMAC Board as well as the Diablo Country Club Swim Team Board and the Green Valley Learning Fund Board. Kathy is the mother of 3 children, and a controller of a local company.
Ray Brant, Security
Ray Brant was appointed to the Board of Directors of the DCSD in April 2010, and serves as the liaison to the Diablo Advisory Committee. Mr. Brant has resided in Diablo since 1995. He has served on the DPOA , DMAC, and the DAC. He is a retired fire Battalion chief of the City of San Leandro.
